We worked together on the rebirth of this house. Homes need to reflect who we are and where we are on our life journey. For me they need to feel like a part of our spirit and joy as humans. Mine is now a home full of colour, character and warmth. A place I can be on my own, reflect, listen to music or work. It’s also a place where my family can connect and come together to eat, sleep and just hang.
I always told Amelia I wanted the basement to feel warm and natural. I wanted wood. I wanted to descend down into the space and feel cocooned in a haven where I could cook, chill and enjoy family time.
I can be my best self in this house. I can find soft corners for contemplation, inspirational walls of pattern & colour and indulgent Italian marble for a touch of luxury.

We were looking for inspiration for our new kitchen and were struggling to imagine a different space to what we already had. This is when we realised we needed professional help. Space A listened to our needs and came up with a design that maximised the use of the space, created a logical flow from storage, food prep, cooking and eating. They advised on colour schemes and finishes that we didn't realised we wanted but which are so right for us and the space. Being able to visualise what the design will be and playing around with colour has been invaluable. We would definitely recommend this wonderful, creative and authentic company.
